A million ants nibble on my cerebral cortex,
An unlimited number of Brazilians dancing samba in my brain.
My head is a chaos of thoughts and white noise.
Sometimes, I just wish the brain will split!
The joints in my body want separation,
Every ligament asking for a divorce,
Couldn’t keep the bones and muscles in line,
Sometimes, the pain is unbearable!
I huffed and puffed, and puffed and huffed,
Two minutes work,
And scream I would.
When will this pain stop?
This pain is here to stay,
You just have to learn to live with it
If her story had been perfect,
She won’t be here today.
And if his story had been any different,
He would have taken a different way.
All the pains, the hurt, and the heart breaks ;
All led to the his moment.
Right here,
Right now.
The road was full of hate, regrets, laughter and fake love;
Lovers turned strangers and strangers became lovers;
Every other person left you, and some you dumped;
Every other lady left me, and some became estranged;
We’ve loved, and we’ve lost.
But little did we know!
Little did I know what was brewing,
The light at the end of the tunnel is you;
The calm after the storm is you;
The promised land is you;
You’re my today and tomorrow;
And you’re my present and future!
I love you so much Sunshine!
Just like the earth revolves round the sun,
My existence revolves around you.
The birth of a new day brings hope,
It births the hope of eternal love;
My everlasting love for you renews daily.
When the dark brings fear, sadness and uncertainty,
Your love keeps me awash in its glow,
Protecting me,
Saving me from depressing tendencies.
Keeping me warm in the cold of the night!
When the night is at the darkest,
The moon of your affection claims the horizon,
Bathing me in a reflecting of calm,
Promising me a dawn full of enlightenment.
Even when all seem lost, you and I are forever!
Stuck in my head,
Like a piece of meat hidden in my teeth.
Stuck in my mind,
Like the beginning of constipation.
Difficulties upon difficulties plague me,
Ravaging seas and churning storms.
I’ll enjoy this tumultuous times while it lasts.
All things being equal,
You’re always mine.
Never for a moment,
Doubt my dedication to you.
I might be knocking on the doors of disaster,
But stuck with you, I always will.
You’re stuck in my head,
Like that elusive piece of meat!

The need for validation and companionship,
Is part of the genetic makeup of humans,
Six billion people looking for someone to anchor them,
Someone to make feel alive in this world of ghosts!
What happens when everyone is attached?
What happens when the one you love is taken?
Not by the cold hands of death,
But by another who doesn’t want to be a ghost!
Every other ghost is loved,
Save one.
This ghost tried to dwell among humans again,
But it’s a losing battle.
Day by day, this ghost stop looking for companionship among humans.
This ghost seeks the warmth of others,
Alas! No one wanted him.
Alone forever, he is doomed.
Dwelling among humans, but a ghost he is.
Hatred for life blossoming in him.
I am him.
I am the King of Ghosts.
To a special human,
Born on the eleventh moon,
A native of the rocky village,
But bred and tutored in the land of the brown roofs.
Born in the South,
And schooled in the North,
She’s a true daughter of the soil.
Happy birthday my wonderful friend, sister;
confidant, colleague, business partner;
gist sharer, smart talker and my twin sister.
I love you like the moon does the sun,
And I wish you the very best of this year,
