Therapy session

“Why her?”, My therapist asked;
She was the most gorgeous damsel I had ever set my eyes upon; Her calm and collected attitude drew me closer and closer with each passing day;
She smelled like roses, lavender and freshly baked cookies, reminding me of home.
Her lingerie sitting on her perfectly shaped figure drove me nuts every time.
I was glad when I finally got the chance to smell them. I also got the chance to embrace the body I’d always fantasized.
She was not my first victim but she was definitely my best. Leaving her lifeless body behind, I got on my bike and rode till I found my next victim.

At the end of the session, My therapist stares at me with immense fear in her eyes. I look at her with a devilish smirk.

I just found my next victim.

I….Frankenstein

To my Nightingale,
I miss your sweet melodious voice, the songs we sang together and the beautiful memories we shared;
Our days of unending pleasure, days when our hearts were locked, souls united and our bodies filled with blazing desire;
I miss the days of making love to you till the sun comes up, and staring into you ocean-blue eyes till dusk
We could rekindle our lost relationship, we could give ‘us’ a fighting chance, but you’re Lucifer’s bride and I am the boogie monster. We could never be.
Death shall be our only escape. See you on the other side my love.

Love, Frankenstein.

The image

Thanksgiving celebration was amazing; My Husband and our three lovely daughters never looked so happy.

It was winter and it snowed like never before; My husband turned up the heater and retired with our babies to bed. Like a thief in the night, I sneaked into the house, I picked the lock and snuck into my own home, confused right;

Suddenly, I came upon a strange figure; I stared with freight in my heart; It stood there staring back at me with a sickle in its hand and face smeared with red paint; I froze, I didn’t know what to do, as my family slept peacefully upstairs. I became more freightened as it moved closer to me, it increased its pace and came to a halt just in front of the mirror;

As I stared at my image and what I had become, a tear drop rolled down my eyes because I knew it was my family’s turn to die.

Her Brother

10 year old Belle had a little brother. They did everything together. They played together, ate together, shared memories, oh how she loved her brother so;
During the summer, her 9year old cousin came to spend the summer holiday over at Belle’s place but she never did get along with Belle as she found her extremely weird and unfriendly;
Belle woke up one morning, covered in blood, crying to her parents “Mama, Papa, he killed her, he killed her!” She screamed. In confusion and fear, they rushed up to her room and found her cousin in a pool of her own blood with all her fingers cut off. “What happened here?!” Said mama, “My brother killed her” replied Belle,  “But your brother died six years ago!!” Mama replied. The End.

That Positive Energy

Smile! Because you have woken up to another beautiful day to fulfill for purpose; A beautiful morning with a perfect horizon, you just gotta smile!
Dawn to dusk the hustle and bustle, keep that amazing smile on your perfectly created face! You’ve got a temper? Or a bad day? Breathe, let it air out and smile!
Life could be unbearable sometimes, but “There is always light at the end of the tunnel” and only with a positive energy will you be able to see this light;
Headphones plugged, listening to soft jazz, jumping a bus, saying hi to your neighbors, putting a smile on someone’s face; Create a positive energy, smile!
You’ve got a lot of negative energy around you? Take a walk in the park, let the negative energy sway away with the wind; Let yourself be mesmerized by the cool summer breeze; Smile!
You just gotta be happy and smile, because nothing makes you more beautiful!

WE SHOULD TEACH OUR SONS TOO

Sit right! Don’t go out after dark! Dress properly, you’re a woman! Go to the kitchen, you’re a woman!
She came to this world as a woman, has she committed a crime?!
She has a brother, have you brought him up this manner?!

Mothers, have you taught him to assist his sister with house hold chores? Fathers,  have you ever talked to him about the respect for women? Have you ever talked to him about gender equality? Have you taught him to protect the female and her honor?
You haven’t! How do you expect him to respect the feminine figure?!
You say charity begins at home, yet you forget the basic necessities of child training!
Have you even talked to them about physical and sexual abuse?!
Have you told them that no one deserves to be abused, MALE OR FEMALE?!

Today your son might sexually abuse another woman, tomorrow your daughter could be abused! Have you thought about that?!
No matter how she dresses, how she walks, where she goes, IT IS NEVER HER FAULT, but rather that of the unfortunate fellow who thinks its right to sexually abuse another woman who could be his sister, and the guardians who fail to teach their sons the rights of women!

This is a tribute to all women out there who  have been sexually abused or who live in the fear of being abused, and are still thriving and living against all odds.

Nothingness

It was a day filled with positive energy, a great way to begin my three weeks leave “what could possibly go wrong” I thought;
I got into my car, heading to the best Chinese restaurant in town to give myself a good treat after a very long time
Though it was a rainy day, that wasn’t gonna stop me;
I drove while listening to “I lay my love on you” by West life, it really took me back to my childhood;
I was deep in this melody when suddenly, this fellow on a motorcycle rushes past me! For a second I lost control of my steering wheel;
CRASH!
Off the bridge and into the river my car went!
I closed my eyes then and embraced the fall.

It felt like I was flying rather than falling, and I was fleeing from the struggles and pains of life;
I felt as though all my problems were over; I knew at that point, I’ll never feel pain;
I just wanted to savor every moment of that fall, to just feel nothing;
The sweet-beautiful feeling of NOTHINGNESS

Leech

He treated her like nothing, made everyday a living hell for her;
He turned her into his punching bag and made sure to leave her feeling worthless and despicable
She did try to free herself from his destructive claws, but her efforts were all in vain.
Unfortunately, just as he was destructive, he was manipulative, and knew the right buttons to press; Just like that, all would be forgiven.
One day she woke up and felt she had had enough, with a little drug in his drink, she fled and never looked back.
Fifteen months later, she had found a new life, with great difficulty; Things were going pretty well for her, until that faithful day….
Her wedding day!….Just as he said ‘I do’, a bullet ran through his skull!
After minutes of screaming and scrambling, the hall was deserted and only then did she see her leech;
With a grin on his face, he walked up to her and said ‘Did you ever think you could leave me?’

The betrayal

A beauty like no other
Courageous and charming
Beauty and brains without a doubt;
Smart and elegant she was
Every step she took was filled with grace and poise
Every man’s desire, but never an easy catch
She had eyes only for just one, the one soon to be her worst nightmare;
Alas! the one she loved, the one who stole her heart elopes with another
Betrayed she felt!

Filled with darkness and hatred for all men, the once elegant queen becomes a shadow of her own self!
Each passing day, the same questions fill her head, “was I not good enough?”, “was I not beautiful enough?”, “did I not love him enough?”
Sadly, she faded away with these unanswered  questions in her heart.

A diamond in the rough

A heart of gold
A spirit so pure and kind
The light amidst darkness
The strongest of hearts
The bravest of warriors

A slave to the rich
A helper to the poor

One whose smile melts the heart and whose presence gives hope
A ruffian to some, a survivor to others;

But I say, a diamond in the rough!
